To ensure that our customers are not impacted negatively, Hypernode’s PHP Extended Support service seamlessly and effectively deploys necessary updates across all Hypernodes automatically, safeguarding websites against potential vulnerabilities and ensuring continued reliability.

Hypernode’s PHP Extended Support service provides industry-leading, secure, and reliable solutions to ensure high standards of security.

This service includes external support and security patch updates for a monthly fee of €12.50. If a customer uses an older PHP version for only a part of the month, they will be charged based on the duration of their use of the old PHP version. This fee is charged per applicable node and automatically added to the recurring charges of the hosting plans.
